The scenario

You have just been appointed as a project leader and have been told to work together with Sarah. Sarah is very experienced and will be a great asset for the team. However, she has her own strong opinion and is not the type that will accept anything you ask her to do. In this interactive role play, it’s your challenge to bring Sarah onboard and unleash her full potential for the team.
